A. MANAGERIAL POSITIONS
Role: Housekeeping Supervisor
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Skills : Proven leadership abilities, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Qualifications: Relevant vocational training or tertiary qualifications in hospitality management.
B. PROFESSIONAL /ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS
Role: Front Office Executive
- Experience : At least 5 years in front office operations.
- Skills : Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
- Qualifications: Diploma or degree in hospitality or related fields.
Role: Accountant
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years in accounting or finance roles.
- Skills : Strong analytical abilities, familiarity with hotel accounting systems, and attention to detail.
- Qualifications: Relevant certifications or degrees in accounting or finance.
C. ENTRY-LEVEL POSITIONS
Role: Junior Front Office Staff
- Experience : Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is a plus.
- Skills : Friendly demeanor and willingness to learn
- Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent in hospitality or customer service.
Role: Housekeeper
- Experience : Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills : Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
